EN RESPETO A NUESTRA AUTONOMIA Y LIBRE DETERMINACION
EXIGIMOS EL DERECHO A LA CONSULTA PREVIA, LIBRE E INFORMADA EN MATERIA DE DERECHO INDÍGENA Y NO A LA SIMULACIÓN. EXIGIMOS LA NO DISCRIMINACIÓN EN LA ASIGNACIÓN DE LOS FONDOS DE APORTACIONES POR PARTE DEL ESTADO MEXICANO
La Comisión de Enlace de la Comunidad de Cherán K’eri, en coordinación con la estructura de gobierno comunal, nos expresamos bajo sustento del articulo 2° de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y en los acuerdos internacionales; en el acuerdo 169 de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) y la Organización de las Naciones Unidad. Exigimos el respeto a nuestra libredeterminación y autonomía.
Rechazamos el proceso selectivo de asignación del Fondo de Aportaciones para Infraestructura Social de los Pueblos y Comunidades Indigenas y Afromexicanas FAISPIAM al ser un mecanismo que no incluye a todas las comunidades originarias del Catalogo Nacional de Pueblos y Comunidades Indigenas y Afromexicanas, segmentando el apoyo y discriminando de manera imparcial e impositiva por parte de estas instituciones gubernamentales, ya que no cumple con los procesos de nuestras comunidades basadas en nuestros usos y costumbres violentando nuestra dignidad, al no considerar la equidad y justicia como se estipula en los lineamientos y acuerdos emitidos por la secretaria del bienestar. A demás de no realizar las consultas previas e informadas ya que solo se han simulado los procesos y se han utilizado como un objeto, para los intereses partidarios.
Rechazamos la disminución del presupuesto municipal; no solo porque es insuficiente sino que violenta el bienestar de nuestras comunidades. Además de ser una exigencia histórica que el estado mexicano no ha dignificado y siempre se han violentado nuestras instituciones y por el contrario exigimos el incremento presupuestal con respecto a nuestras necesidades.
Por lo que daremos seguimiento a nuestras demandas y exigencias como comunidad hasta que sean atendidas y resueltas, reservÁndonos el derecho a movilizarnos.

IN RESPECT OF OUR AUTONOMY AND SELF-DETERMINATION
WE DEMAND THE RIGHT TO PRIOR, FREE, AND INFORMED CONSULTATION ON INDIGENOUS RIGHTS, NOT SIMULATED PROCESSES. WE DEMAND AN END TO DISCRIMINATION IN THE ALLOCATION OF CONTRIBUTION FUNDS BY THE MEXICAN STATE.
The Liaison Commission of the Community of Cherán K’eri, in coordination with the communal governance structure, issues this statement under the framework of Article 2 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States and international agreements, including International Labour Organization (ILO) Convention 169 and United Nations resolutions. We demand respect for our self-determination and autonomy.
We reject the selective allocation process of the Fund for Social Infrastructure Contributions for Indigenous and Afro-Mexican Peoples and Communities (FAISPIAM). This mechanism excludes many original communities listed in the National Catalog of Indigenous and Afro-Mexican Peoples and Communities, fragmenting support and discriminating in an unjust and coercive manner. These government institutions violate our dignity by disregarding equity and justice as stipulated in the guidelines and agreements issued by the Secretary of Welfare. They fail to uphold our communities’ customs and traditions and neglect to conduct prior and informed consultations, instead simulating processes to serve partisan interests.
We condemn the reduction of the municipal budget, which not only proves insufficient but also undermines the well-being of our communities. The Mexican state has historically ignored our demands, disrespecting our institutions. We demand instead a budgetary increase aligned with our needs.
We will persist in pursuing our demands as a community until they are addressed and resolved, reserving the right to mobilize.
